It is you who are to blame, everyone, for this misfortune. I, as victim, clearly, am blameness. Not only am I blameless, in fact, I should be lauded for enduring my ordeal. It was horrible, I was frightened out of my wits. It was also a fascinating interaction with a part of the community I never get to experience. The part of the community I hate. Which, in this case, turns out to be all of it.
Ever read the book It Takes a Village by our dear friend and guiding light Hillary? You should. Because it does take a village. In fact, an entire community. And you guys sure let the ball drop on this one.
